From concept to completion

LUX Interior provides a bespoke design consultancy to ensure that every project, large or small, is correctly specified and faithfully reflects each client's wishes; you're free to take advantage of our expertise in both styling and technical matters. A typical LUX project will take the following form:

• Clients visit the LUX Interior showroom to discuss ideas, budget and timeframe, and view our latest ranges at first hand
• A LUX Interior designer visits your property to measure, and confirm initial discussions on ideas, style and materials; seeing the property at first hand will also enable the designer to suggest solutions
• Drawings are prepared, together with a full project specification and itemised quotation, including estimated installation costs
• Clients return to the showroom to view the finished design and finalise the specification
• Once the design and specification are agreed, subject to payment of a deposit, materials and appliances are ordered and a fitting date is set
• Supervised installation is carried out on the date(s) agreed
• LUX Interior will undertake a follow-up visit to ensure complete satisfaction and request that you complete a Customer Satisfaction Form - an opportunity for you to give us feedback about your experience.
