Our Regular Payment terms

Payment should be made in three installments:

• A deposit of 40 percent of the total cost is required before any order is made
• A second payment of 50 percent is due on or before the delivery of materials to your home
• The remaining 10 percent is due on completion of the project.

An early settlement discount of two percent of the total cost is deducted for payments received within five days of completion
